Bidding / Auction / Proposal - 2-4 Yrs

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Bidding / Auction / Proposal professional with 2-4 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and preparing competitive bids and proposals for various business opportunities within the beauty and personal care sector. This role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, financial analysis, and effective communication to secure profitable contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze tender documents, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and other bidding opportunities to assess feasibility and alignment with company objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive and compelling bids, proposals, and auction submissions, ensuring accuracy in pricing, technical specifications, and legal compliance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform bidding strategies and pricing models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, legal, finance) to gather necessary information and ensure cohesive proposal development.
- Manage the end-to-end bidding process, from initial identification to submission and follow-up.
- Maintain a database of past bids, proposals, and their outcomes for future reference and learning.
- Develop and refine proposal templates and standard operating procedures for bidding processes.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through auctions and competitive bidding platforms.
