Exit Management Job Opportunity - Beauty & Personal Care (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Exit Management professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and compliant exit of products, processes, or personnel within our Beauty & Personal Care division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and possess an M.Pharma degree, bringing a scientific and analytical approach to exit strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive exit management plans for products, projects, or personnel in alignment with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments related to all aspects of an exit process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, statutory, and environmental regulations during exit procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Legal, HR) to facilitate a seamless exit.
- Manage documentation and record-keeping for all exit-related activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and report on the progress of exit initiatives, identifying potential roadblocks and proposing solutions.
- Assist in the transition of knowledge and responsibilities during personnel exits.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of exit management processes and best practices within the organization.
- Utilize M.Pharma knowledge to assess product lifecycle implications and regulatory adherence during exits.
