The ideal candidate will hold a BBA/BBM degree and possess a strong understanding of software licensing principles, regulatory requirements, and compliance best practices within the fast-paced beauty and personal care industry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization's adherence to software license agreements and mitigating compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage software licenses across the organization to ensure compliance with vendor agreements and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits of software usage and license inventory to identify discrepancies and potential risks.
- Assist in the procurement and renewal of software licenses, negotiating terms and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for software license management and compliance.
- Track and report on license compliance status, identifying areas of non-compliance and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with IT, legal, and procurement departments to ensure alignment on software licensing strategies.
- Stay updated on relevant software licensing regulations and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of all software licenses, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Support internal and external audits related to software compliance.
