Senior Quality Trainer - Beauty & Personal Care (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Quality Trainer to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality assurance principles within the Beauty & Personal Care sector, coupled with an LLB degree. This role involves developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across manufacturing and R&D functions. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement training modules on quality management systems (QMS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory requirements specific to the Beauty & Personal Care industry in India.
- Conduct training sessions for production staff, quality control personnel, and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Leverage your LLB background to educate teams on legal and ethical aspects of product quality, consumer safety, and compliance with national and international regulations (e.g., BIS, CDSCO guidelines).
- Assess training effectiveness through various evaluation methods, including quizzes, practical assessments, and feedback mechanisms, and provide reports to management.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, quality standards, and legal amendments impacting the Beauty & Personal Care sector.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, and R&D departments to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
- Facilitate root cause analysis of quality issues and incorporate learnings into training content.
- Ensure all training activities align with company policies and quality objectives.
