Senior Facility Management - Other - Beauty & Personal Care

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Management professional with 3-4 years of experience and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive working environment. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of facility maintenance, vendor management, and operational support within the beauty and personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping to ensure a pristine and functional workspace.

Manage and coordinate with external vendors and service providers for services such as security, pest control, waste management, and landscaping, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Implement and maintain safety protocols and emergency procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Manage inventory of office supplies, equipment, and consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient procurement processes.

Assist in the planning and execution of office renovations, space planning, and relocation projects.

Develop and manage the facility's operational budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Act as a point of contact for employees regarding facility-related issues and provide prompt resolutions.

Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
