Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Service Technician with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree who is eager to learn and contribute to maintaining our IT network infrastructure within the fast-paced Beauty & Personal Care industry. You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance and identify potential issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems for end-users.
- Provide first-level technical support for network-related incidents.
- Document network configurations and support procedures.
- Collaborate with senior technicians on network projects and upgrades.
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain IT inventory related to network equipment.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the IT department.
