Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bidding / Auction / Proposal Assistant. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent Diploma holder looking to gain hands-on experience in the critical area of bid and proposal management within the dynamic biotechnology sector. You will support the team in preparing and submitting competitive bids and proposals for various projects and tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in researching and identifying relevant tenders, auctions, and bidding opportunities.
Support the preparation of tender documents, proposals, and presentations.
Gather and compile necessary information and data from various internal departments.
Help in drafting sections of proposals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
Maintain organized records of all bidding documents and correspondence.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely submission of bids.
Learn and apply company bidding strategies and best practices.
Perform administrative tasks related to the bidding process.
