Bilingual / Multilingual Support - Non Voice (1-3 Yrs) at Cult.fit

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual / Multilingual Support professional with 1-3 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our corporate team at Cult.fit. In this non-voice role, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless communication and support for our diverse user base, contributing to an exceptional customer experience within the fitness and wellness domain. Your design background will bring a unique perspective to understanding user needs and communication flows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, non-voice support (e.g., email, chat, ticketing systems) to users in multiple languages, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
- Understand and document user queries, feedback, and issues, identifying recurring themes and potential areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to address user concerns and contribute to service enhancements.
- Assist in creating and updating user-facing content, FAQs, and knowledge base articles, leveraging your B.Des skills for clarity and user-friendliness.
- Translate and localize content as needed, ensuring cultural appropriateness and linguistic accuracy.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Cult.fit's offerings and policies to provide informed support.
- Participate in user feedback analysis and contribute design-thinking insights to improve user journeys and support processes.
- Uphold company standards for customer service and data privacy.
