Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Correspondent with 2-3 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our team in Delhi. The Business Correspondent will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations by managing data, ensuring compliance, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems, data analysis, and excellent communication skills, specifically tailored for the medical devices and equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret business data related to sales, service, and customer engagement to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain accurate databases and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all business correspondence and documentation.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments to resolve queries and facilitate smooth business transactions.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management, highlighting key business metrics and insights.
- Assist in the implementation and management of IT systems and software relevant to business operations.
- Provide support for business development initiatives and market research activities.
- Manage and organize business correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues related to business software and systems.
