The BDE will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving the growth of our innovative medical devices in the Indian market. This role requires a unique blend of design thinking, market analysis, and strategic sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscapes within the medical devices sector.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company sales and growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, distributors, and potential corporate partners.
- Collaborate with the product development and design teams to understand the unique value proposition of our medical devices and translate it into compelling business proposals.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
