Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence & Analytics professional to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent B.Sc graduate with a passion for data and a desire to contribute to the strategic decision-making processes of a leading beauty e-commerce platform. You will work closely with various teams to extract, analyze, and visualize data, helping us understand customer behavior, market trends, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources.
- Support the creation of regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Help in developing visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Contribute to ad-hoc data requests and projects as needed.
- Learn and apply various BI tools and techniques.
