Card Operations Executive / Lead Job Opportunity - Government / Public Administration

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Card Operations Executive / Lead with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in managing and overseeing the operational aspects of our card services within the Government / Public Administration sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pharmaceutical processes and regulatory compliance, leveraging their M.Pharma background to ensure efficiency and accuracy in card-related operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of card operations, including issuance, activation, and deactivation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations and internal policies regarding card usage and data security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to card services.
- Manage vendor relationships and performance for card production and distribution.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Analyze card usage data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Support the development and implementation of new card programs and features.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on card operations for management.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members.
