Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Urologic Surgeon with 3-5 years of experience to join our team within the Government/Public Administration sector in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Pharma degree and a strong understanding of urological conditions and treatments. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, contributing to public health initiatives, and working within a governmental healthcare framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of urological conditions, including kidney stones, urinary tract infections, prostate issues, and male infertility.
- Perform surgical procedures, both open and minimally invasive (laparoscopic/endoscopic), to address urological disorders.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative care for patients.
- Interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, and MRIs related to urology.
- Advise patients on preventative care and lifestyle modifications for urological health.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with government regulations.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals and departments to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Participate in public health programs and awareness campaigns related to urological health within the community.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in urology and surgical techniques.
- Assist in the development and implementation of healthcare policies related to urological services.
