Quality Manager / Supervisor - Government / Public Administration (Chandigarh)

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Quality Manager / Supervisor to oversee and ensure the highest standards of quality in our government-funded solar energy projects and operations in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality management systems and a proven track record in a similar role, preferably within the public administration or renewable energy sector. This role requires a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems and procedures aligned with government regulations and project requirements.

Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and assessments of materials, processes, and finished products to identify and rectify deviations.

Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks and timelines.

Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and stakeholders to address quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Prepare detailed quality reports, documentation, and performance metrics for management and regulatory bodies.

Stay updated with the latest quality standards, industry best practices, and relevant government policies.

Provide training and guidance to junior staff on quality control procedures.
