Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Strength & Conditioning professional to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with a recent graduate degree and 0-1 years of experience, passionate about improving the physical well-being and performance of our employees. You will work under the guidance of senior staff to develop and implement effective fitness programs tailored to the needs of individuals within a government/public administration setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and implementation of strength and conditioning programs for employees.

Conduct basic fitness assessments and provide personalized exercise recommendations.

Educate employees on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.

Monitor employee progress and provide feedback to ensure program effectiveness.

Maintain accurate records of fitness assessments, program participation, and progress.

Support the organization of health and wellness events.

Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in strength and conditioning.
