We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Cardiovascular Technologist with 3-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our growing team in Noida. This role will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between clinical operations and business strategy within our cardiovascular product division. You will be instrumental in analyzing market trends, optimizing operational efficiencies, and contributing to the strategic development of our cardiovascular product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of business strategies for cardiovascular products, leveraging clinical insights and market data.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in cardiovascular technology deployment and patient care pathways.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and threats in the cardiovascular technology sector.
- Collaborate with R&D, clinical, and sales teams to ensure alignment between product development and market needs.
- Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation for cardiovascular initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on market trends, operational performance, and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
