Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming and outgoing cargo.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and manifests.
- Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, and ground handlers for cargo uplift and delivery.
- Track and trace shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure proper handling, loading, and unloading of cargo to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate records of all cargo movements and inventory.
- Adhere to safety regulations and security procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external agencies.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to cargo operations.
