Category Head - Education / Training (Mumbai)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Category Head with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The Category Head will be responsible for driving the growth and strategic development of specific training categories within our education and training vertical. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the education landscape and a proven ability to manage and expand product portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement category strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and product development areas.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of assigned training categories, from conceptualization to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, curriculum development) to ensure successful product delivery and promotion.
• Monitor category performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in any relevant field. A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 3-4 years of experience in category management, product management, or a related role within the education/training sector.
• Strong understanding of the Indian education and skilling landscape.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
