Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.

Supervise catering staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.

Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen and serving areas, complying with FSSAI regulations.

Monitor inventory of food supplies and kitchen equipment, placing orders as needed and managing stock.

Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Assist in budgeting and cost control for catering services.

Ensure timely and efficient service for all meals and events.

Utilize knowledge gained from MCA to manage data related to inventory, orders, and staff scheduling.
