Chief Cook (3-4 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Chief Cook to oversee culinary operations at our corporate facility in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving high-quality meals, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards, and managing kitchen staff. This role requires a blend of culinary expertise and managerial skills, suitable for an individual with a B.Tech/B.E. background and 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly menus, considering dietary restrictions and preferences of corporate employees.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, complying with all food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring efficient procurement and minimizing waste.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all kitchen activities.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished dishes.
- Coordinate with event management for special catering requirements.
- Ensure efficient use of kitchen equipment and report any maintenance needs.
