Role Summary: The Chief Risk Officer (CRO) will be responsible for assisting in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across the organization. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Sc graduate eager to build a career in risk management within the social impact sector. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of risk assessment methodologies.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data related to operational, financial, and strategic risks.
- Help in creating risk mitigation plans and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development of risk awareness training for staff.
- Prepare reports on identified risks and mitigation strategies for senior management.
- Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes and industry best practices in risk management.
