Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and aspiring individual to join our organization as a Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the IT operations and strategic technology initiatives within our growing healthcare and life sciences organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of IT and a drive to learn and contribute to a dynamic corporate environment. You will work closely with senior IT leadership to gain exposure to various aspects of IT management and digital transformation within the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Support the management of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Participate in projects related to system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Help ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services.
- Provide basic technical support to end-users.
- Assist in the preparation of IT budget and resource allocation reports.
- Learn and contribute to the company's digital transformation efforts.
