Claims Manager - Public Sector (Hyderabad)

Key Responsibilities:
* Review and process insurance claims or other types of claims submitted by individuals or organizations.
* Verify the accuracy and completeness of claim forms and supporting documentation.
* Communicate with claimants, policyholders, and other relevant parties to gather information and resolve discrepancies.
* Ensure claims are processed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain accurate and organized claim records in the system.
* Identify potential fraudulent claims and escalate them for further investigation.
* Assist in the development and implementation of claim processing improvements.
* Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders involved in the claims process.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth claim resolution.
