Client Retention (1-3 Yrs) at Pratham Education Foundation

We are seeking a passionate and creative Client Retention Specialist with 1-3 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our team at Pratham Education Foundation in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be instrumental in nurturing and strengthening relationships with our key stakeholders and partners, ensuring their continued engagement and satisfaction with our educational initiatives. Your design background will be invaluable in creating compelling communication materials and understanding user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the retention of our existing partners and donors.
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
- Design and create engaging communication materials, such as newsletters, reports, and presentations, that highlight the impact of our work and reinforce partner value.
- Analyze stakeholder feedback and engagement data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for deeper collaboration.
- Collaborate with program teams to ensure a seamless experience for our partners and to effectively communicate program successes.
- Organize and facilitate engagement events or workshops for stakeholders.
- Track and report on key retention metrics and contribute to strategic planning for long-term relationship management.
- Utilize your B.Des skills to conceptualize and visually represent program outcomes and impact stories.
