Client Retention - TCS (Guwahati) - 2-3 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Retention Specialist to join our team in Guwahati. This role focuses on strengthening relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for continued engagement and growth within TCS. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role and a strong understanding of customer service principles, with a degree not being a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned existing clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
- Understand client needs and challenges, proactively offering solutions and support.
- Monitor client account health, identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, delivery, support) to ensure seamless client experience.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems with all interactions and relevant information.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of client retention strategies.
- Resolve client issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
