Clinical Assistant - NGO / Social Services / Industry Associations Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Clinical Assistant with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Com degree to support our clinical operations and administrative functions within the NGO/Social Services/Industry Associations sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and be adept at managing records and contributing to the smooth running of healthcare-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing financial records, including budgeting, expense tracking, and processing payments related to clinical programs.
- Maintain accurate patient and program data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies.
- Support the coordination of clinical trial activities, including participant recruitment, scheduling appointments, and managing documentation.
- Liaise with healthcare providers, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate program operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations on program activities and financial performance for management review.
- Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and inventory management for clinical supplies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial processes for new clinical initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices in all aspects of the role.
