Collection Executive / Officer at Drishtee Foundation (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Collection Executive / Officer to join our team at Drishtee Foundation in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding payments and maintaining healthy financial records for our projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, coupled with a proactive approach to debt management. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 2-3 years of experience and an Any Postgraduate degree to contribute to a meaningful cause.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with clients and beneficiaries on overdue payments via phone, email, and in-person visits.

Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, payments received, and outstanding balances.

Negotiate payment plans with debtors, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.

Prepare regular reports on collection status, aging of receivables, and potential bad debts for management review.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and address client queries.

Assist in developing and implementing effective collection strategies to minimize delinquency.
