Communication Designer - Biotechnology (Indore) - 2-4 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Communication Designer with a unique background, including an LLB degree, to join our growing team in Indore. This role will be instrumental in shaping our internal and external communications, particularly within the fast-paced biotechnology sector. You will leverage your design skills and legal understanding to create compelling visual content that simplifies complex scientific and business information. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in graphic design and a strong interest in the life sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop engaging visual content, including infographics, presentations, reports, and social media graphics, for internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate complex scientific and legal information into clear, concise, and visually appealing designs.
- Collaborate with R&D, legal, and marketing teams to understand communication needs and objectives.
- Ensure all communication materials adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory compliance standards.
- Create and maintain a library of design assets.
- Assist in the development of communication strategies for various projects and initiatives.
- Proofread and edit design content for accuracy, grammar, and clarity, drawing upon your LLB background to ensure precision.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies, particularly within the biotechnology and regulatory landscapes.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
