Company Secretary / Compliance Officer (1-2 Yrs) | Mumbai

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Company Secretary / Compliance Officer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for ensuring our company adheres to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. While the primary focus is on compliance, we are particularly interested in candidates with a Master of Design (M.Des) background who can bring a unique perspective to our corporate governance and operational processes, potentially by visualizing complex compliance data or improving the user experience of internal compliance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and filing of various statutory forms and returns with regulatory bodies such as MCA, SEBI, etc.

Support the maintenance of statutory registers and records of the company.

Ensure compliance with corporate laws, company policies, and ethical standards.

Facilitate board meetings, committee meetings, and general meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

Conduct research on relevant legal and regulatory changes impacting the company.

Assist in developing and implementing compliance training programs.

Utilize design thinking principles to identify areas for improvement in compliance processes and reporting.

Contribute to the visual representation and communication of compliance-related information.
