You will support the team in various aspects of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and contributing to employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, life insurance, and other statutory benefits.

Support the data collection and analysis for compensation benchmarking and salary surveys.

Help in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits data for management review.

Assist in the coordination of employee wellness initiatives and programs.

Provide administrative support for payroll processing and related activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Liaise with vendors and service providers for benefits administration.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to compensation and benefits.
