Completion Engineer (3-5 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Completion Engineer with a strong academic background (Doctorate/PhD) and 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and ensuring the successful completion of complex wellness programs and user journeys, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance user engagement and outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior, program efficacy, and statistical analysis within the fitness and wellness domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user data and program performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in wellness journeys.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance user completion rates for various health and fitness programs.
- Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to validate program effectiveness and predict user outcomes.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to translate insights into actionable product enhancements and program modifications.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to measure the impact of changes on user engagement and success.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in behavioral science, digital health, and wellness program design.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout all analytical processes.
