Completion Engineer Job Opportunity - Healthcare & Life Sciences (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Completion Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful and timely completion of various engineering projects within our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strong understanding of process engineering principles. Post-graduation is not a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the completion of engineering projects from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and maintenance to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project execution.
- Document all project-related activities, including design changes, testing procedures, and final reports.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of materials and equipment.
