Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Construction Safety Officer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment during construction and infrastructure development projects, adhering to all relevant safety regulations and company policies. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to preventing accidents and promoting health and safety on site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement safety plans, procedures, and protocols for construction projects.
- Provide safety training and toolbox talks to site personnel and contractors.
