Construction / Site Supervisor - Full-Time Role

Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Construction / Site Supervisor with 3-4 years of experience to oversee and manage construction activities for our facilities in Indore. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical understanding and a strong academic background, ideally with an M.Pharma degree, to ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards. This role is crucial for the timely and efficient completion of construction projects, ensuring they meet our high standards for operational readiness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor work quality and safety standards, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Manage on-site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide construction work.
- Maintain detailed site records, including daily progress reports, incident logs, and material usage.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and Healthkart's internal quality and safety protocols.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide feedback to project management.
- Apply knowledge gained from M.Pharma studies to understand and implement stringent quality control measures relevant to pharmaceutical-grade facility construction, if applicable to the project scope.
