Content Designer / Strategist at L&T

We are seeking a creative and analytical Content Designer / Strategist with 2-4 years of experience to join our corporate communications team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and a passion for crafting compelling content that supports our strategic business objectives within the infrastructure, transport, and real estate sectors. You will play a crucial role in shaping our brand narrative and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute content strategies aligned with L&T's business goals and brand guidelines.

Create engaging and informative content for various channels, including website, social media, press releases, internal communications, and marketing collateral.

Translate complex technical information about infrastructure, transport, and real estate projects into clear, concise, and accessible language.

Conduct content audits and analysis to identify areas for improvement and measure content effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and project management, to gather information and ensure content accuracy.

Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content assets.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in content design and strategy, and emerging communication technologies.
