Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Store Keeper / Manager with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Sc. degree to manage our warehouse operations in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the inventory, ensuring efficient storage, and maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials, particularly within the medical devices and equipment sector. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management principles and a commitment to maintaining high standards of organization and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software and systems.
- Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Manage the storage of medical devices and equipment, ensuring proper handling, preservation, and security.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock levels to identify potential shortages or overstock situations.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Train and supervise junior warehouse staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
