Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Affairs professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our Pune team. The ideal candidate will support the company's corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement activities within the dynamic biotechnology sector. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and filing of regulatory documents and submissions to relevant authorities (e.g., Ministry of Corporate Affairs, SEBI, etc.).

Support the organization and documentation of board meetings, committee meetings, and shareholder meetings.

Conduct research on corporate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements applicable to the biotechnology industry in India.

Help manage company secretarial records and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on corporate affairs matters.

Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
