This role is ideal for MBA/PGDM graduates with 2-4 years of experience looking to build a career in corporate communications within the fast-paced recruitment and staffing industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies to enhance our brand reputation and internal engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement internal and external communication plans.
Draft press releases, company announcements, and other corporate collateral.
Manage social media presence and content calendar.
Support in organizing company events and conferences.
Assist in developing employee engagement initiatives and communications.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends.
