Creative Director - Beauty & Personal Care Sector (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Director with 3-5 years of experience, holding a Diploma, to lead our creative vision within the dynamic Beauty & Personal Care sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative and engaging creative strategies that align with our brand objectives and resonate with our target audience in the Indian market. You will oversee all aspects of creative development, from initial ideation to final execution, ensuring high-quality output across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative strategies for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives within the Beauty & Personal Care domain.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
- Translate marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts and visual narratives.
- Oversee the creation of all creative assets, including digital content, print materials, social media campaigns, video production, and in-store displays.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure creative strategies support business goals.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the Beauty & Personal Care industry, as well as in creative and digital marketing.
- Manage creative project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders and senior management.
