Role Summary:
HealthifyMe is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Crime / Arbitration Specialist with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our Pune office. This role will be instrumental in managing and resolving disputes, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the integrity of our platform operations within the dynamic health-tech landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of analytical thinking, design sensibility, and a strong understanding of legal and ethical frameworks relevant to digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and analyze potential cases of fraud, policy violations, or arbitration requests related to user accounts, service delivery, and platform integrity.

Review and interpret user agreements, terms of service, and company policies to assess the validity of claims and disputes.

Develop and implement dispute resolution strategies, employing design thinking principles to create clear, fair, and efficient resolution processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Product, and Customer Support, to gather information and ensure coordinated resolution efforts.

Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and, when necessary, external legal counsel or regulatory bodies.

Utilize design skills to visualize complex data related to disputes, aiding in trend identification and preventative measures.

Stay updated on relevant Indian laws, regulations, and industry best practices pertaining to digital platforms, consumer rights, and dispute resolution.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of arbitration and crime prevention protocols through feedback and process redesign.
