Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a CSR & Sustainability Associate. This role is crucial for implementing and supporting our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and sustainability efforts within our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of community engagement and a passion for environmental and social well-being. This position is perfect for someone with 3-4 years of experience who has completed their 12th grade education and is eager to contribute to meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR projects, focusing on community development, education, and healthcare.
- Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives, including waste management, water conservation, and green building practices at project sites.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collect and compile data related to CSR activities and sustainability metrics.
- Liaise with local communities, NGOs, and government bodies to ensure effective project delivery.
- Prepare reports and presentations on CSR and sustainability performance.
- Participate in stakeholder engagement activities and awareness campaigns.
- Maintain records and documentation for all CSR and sustainability-related activities.
