This position is ideal for a B.Com graduate with 2-4 years of experience looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic industry. You will act as the voice of the customer within the organization, bridging the gap between client expectations and our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for select clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Proactively gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement in our services and project execution.
• Translate customer needs and concerns into actionable insights for internal teams, including project management, sales, and technical departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Educate clients on our offerings, processes, and value proposition.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience.
• Track and report on key customer advocacy metrics.
