Customer Onboarding - Voice / Blended (3-5 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to our services. Your primary focus will be on voice and blended customer interactions, leveraging your understanding of client needs and our service offerings. This position is ideal for a candidate with a B.Pharma background and 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles within the IT services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during their onboarding journey, providing clear and concise communication via voice and email.

Understand and articulate the value proposition of Wipro's IT services to diverse client stakeholders.

Guide clients through the necessary documentation, setup procedures, and initial service configurations.

Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or concerns during the onboarding phase to ensure client satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, operations) to ensure a seamless client experience.

Educate clients on best practices and service utilization to maximize their benefit from our offerings.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client onboarding progress and interactions in the CRM system.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes and materials.
