Customer Success - Other - Contract Role

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our beneficiaries and community partners have a positive and effective experience with Pratham's educational programs. You will act as a key point of contact, providing support, guidance, and facilitating engagement. This is a contract role for 3-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for community members, volunteers, and local partners, addressing inquiries and providing timely support.
* Guide users through program implementation, ensuring they understand and utilize resources effectively.
* Collect feedback from beneficiaries and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and report insights to the program team.
* Organize and facilitate community meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to educational initiatives.
* Assist in tracking program progress and maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the user experience.
* Promote a positive and supportive environment for all participants in Pratham's programs.
* Adapt to evolving program needs and contribute to innovative solutions.
