Desktop Engineer - Corporate (Kolkata)

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Desktop Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our IT team in Kolkata. This role is crucial for maintaining and supporting our corporate IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations for our employees in the fast-paced fitness and wellness industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking, coupled with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. A BBA/BBM degree is required, demonstrating a foundational understanding of business operations which will be beneficial in supporting our corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, patches, and backups.
