Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Doctor - Other with 1-3 years of experience to join our R&D team in Pune. This role will contribute to the development and evaluation of innovative beauty and personal care products, focusing on scientific integrity and consumer safety. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of scientific principles and research methodologies relevant to cosmetic science.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct scientific research and experiments to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and stability of cosmetic formulations.
