Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and diligent Dredge Master / Mate with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a Diploma in a relevant field who are eager to learn and contribute to our operations. The Dredge Master / Mate will assist in the safe and efficient operation of dredging equipment, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the senior Dredge Master or Mate in daily dredging operations.
Operate and maintain dredging machinery under supervision.
Monitor dredging progress and report any deviations or issues.
Ensure the proper handling and disposal of dredged materials.
Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of equipment.
Adhere strictly to safety procedures and regulations.
Maintain accurate logs and records of dredging activities.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Collaborate effectively with the crew and other team members.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
