Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Due Diligence Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong analytical aptitude. You will be responsible for conducting thorough due diligence on various projects and proposals to ensure compliance, identify risks, and support informed decision-making within the context of public infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on project proposals, contractor qualifications, and financial statements.
- Analyze legal, technical, and financial documentation to assess risks and identify potential issues.
- Prepare detailed due diligence reports with findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and engineering, to gather information and validate findings.
- Monitor compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
- Assist in the development and refinement of due diligence processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes impacting infrastructure projects.
