Duty Manager - Full-Time Role

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and diligent Duty Manager with 3-5 years of experience, holding a B.Com degree, to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our hospital in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hospital staff, coordinating patient care services, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring adherence to established protocols and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments, including nursing, administration, and support services, to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and grievances, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Oversee resource allocation, including staff, equipment, and supplies, to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and hospital policies.
- Assist in budget management and financial reporting, contributing to cost-effective operations.
- Monitor and evaluate service quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Act as a point of contact for emergencies and critical situations, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills.
