Role Summary: TERI is seeking a dedicated and organized Duty Manager with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Com degree to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient functioning of administrative and support services. The Duty Manager will play a crucial role in managing resources, coordinating staff, and supporting the implementation of organizational objectives within our Delhi office. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operational activities of the office, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.

Manage and coordinate administrative staff, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring.

Assist in budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting, leveraging M.Com knowledge.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Handle visitor management, correspondence, and communication with stakeholders.

Proactively identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.

Maintain and improve operational efficiency through process optimization.
